Sabre Night at the Marlins Game
The St. Brendan High School choir will be singing the National Anthem and the Sabrettes will be performing before the Marlins game on September 17, 2010. Tickets for the event are $25.00 for the lower deck near the visitors’ bull pen area. See Mr. Piscitelli or Mrs. Gonzalez-Rojas to purchase your ticket.
Choir Auditions
Choir auditions are scheduled for Friday, September 3, 2010, at 2:30 in room B-116.
Senior Pictures
To appear in the yearbook ALL SENIORS must be photographed by FOX-MAR STUDIOS, even if portrait packages are not purchased!
Just go to www.foxmar.com and click on Appointments!
PLEASE NOTE:
Pictures must be taken by September 4, 2010 to be included in the yearbook.
There is a $15 sitting fee, payable to Fox-Mar.
You will have the option of buying many poses, including props & other outfits.
The YEARBOOK POSE, however, must meet the following guidelines:
LADIES:
- TRADITIONAL/CLASSIC JEWELRY-
- Only 1 earring per ear.
- NO other facial jewelry (ex. nose/brow)
- Only traditional necklaces (pearls or thin silver chains)
- NO FAD/TRENDY Haircuts, Hairdos, or Haircolors.
***Part of your shoulders may show, so take your pictures BEFORE YOUR TAN LINES show. Otherwise, you will have to pay extra if you want them retouched.
GENTLEMEN:
- SHAVE – No Facial Hair (not even “Goatees”)
- NO EARRINGS – or any other facial jewelry
- TRIM YOUR HAIR – No Fad/Trendy styles
- TUXEDO, as provided by Fox-Mar
***If you wish to take pictures with facial hair or jewelry for yourself or your family, just make sure to shave and remove the jewelry before you take the one for yearbook.
REMEMBER…
Your senior portrait will last for years to come!
The more traditional your look, the better it will seem years from now.
