High School Graduation Requirement

In order to graduate from St. Brendan High School the following requirements must be satisfied:

1. 2.0 or higher “unweighted” Grade Point Average.
2. 100 or more service hours
3. 27-28 credits consisting of the following
   • 4 years of English
   • 3 years of Math (including Algebra 1 and 2 years above Algebra 1)
   • 3 years of Science (including Bioloy 1 and Chemistry 1)
   • 3 years of Social Science (including Government, Economics, U.S. History and World History.)
   • 4 years of Religion
   • 2 years of Foreign Language (of the same language)
   • 1 year of Personal Fitness
   • ½ year of Health/Life Management
   • ½ year of Art
   • ½ year of Keyboarding
   • ½ year of Computers
   • 5 - 6 Elective courses - ½ or 1 year classes
