Application Process

The following steps must be taken in order for students to be considered for the freshman class:

  • Entrance exam registration form with a $50.00 exam fee by November 20, 2020. You can either apply online or download and submit the form with the payment to the main office.
  • Entrance Exam Registration Form 
  • Champagnat Entrance Exam Registration Form (For Special Education Program students only)
  • Copies are required of 6th, 7th , and 8th grade standardized test scores and report cards.
    • Please note, Archdiocese of Miami student applicant's documents will be supplied by their respective schools.
  • Take the entrance exam on Saturday, December 5, 2020.
     

Entrance Exam

  • December 5, 2020
  • Registration begins at 7:15 am
  • Testing will begin at 8:00 am
  • Testing lasts approximately 3.5 hours
     

Placement Exams

Once all application materials are processed and evaluated, letters are mailed to parents advising of applicant’s status.  All students who are accepted are required to take placement tests.

  • February 6, 2021
  • Registration begins at 7:15 am
  • Testing will begin at 7:45 am
  • Testing is scheduled to end at 11:30 am

The following documentation must be submitted prior to the placement test date:

  • Registration Form
  • Payment for registration and fees
  • Medical forms 680 and 3040
  • A photocopy of the applicant's birth certificate
     

Transferring Applicants

Students who wish to transfer to St. Brendan High School must first submit a Wait List Application. The Wait List Application may be found in our Main Office. The following documents must be submitted with the Wait List Application.

  • Unofficial Copies of transcripts from the last 3 years from their current school
  • Standardized Test Scores
  • Students must be in good standing with his or her school and must have all the necessary credits to enter the grade for which he or she is applying.
